Last December, I got the call no parent ever wants to receive. I had a message that my college-aged son had been arrested after falling asleep while blocking a traffic lane with a .12 BAC. In panic mode, I was trying to figure out bail, where the car was, and what to do next. I searched for reviews t...o find a good attorney. I narrowed the list down and started to make calls. COVID caused a delay in the process, but Josh took care of all the details, court appearances, and communication. A wet and reckless is still serious and requires, MADD and first offenders' course, a shorter probation, and 2 points on his driving record. Josh was also able to negotiate 40 hours of community service. I am thankful he was able to help my son get a less severe charge. Josh explained that not only do you have to face court charges, but you must also face the DMV separately. Even if you "win" your court case, the DMV can still restrict driving privileges. Two officers appeared at the DMV hearing. Josh was able to win the DMV case and show discrepancies in timelines in their testimonies. As a result, the DMV granted full driving privileges! Throughout the process, Josh worked to answer my questions, provide resources for obtaining an SR-22 that were needed to drive until the DMV case was won. He was willing to answer my questions and give us honest and realistic expectations of possible outcomes. This arrest was one of the worse moments of our lives, but I am glad Josh was able to help us navigate the legal ramifications with the best possible outcomes.

I had met Mr. Joshua Price a year ago when this unfortunate incident had happened. I got to know about him after searching online for the BEST DUI/Wet Reckless Lawyers in San Diego/LA county region. Let me start off by saying DUI had to be the most horrific experience I ever had. I never been arrested and never been in trouble with the law in the past. This experience was definitely eye opening and life changing. Last year I was arrested at the border coming back from wine country in Mexico. It ...was late and tired from the drive and hadn’t had a drink for a couple hours so I figured I was ok to drive. I get to the border and after interaction with the customs officer I was escorted to secondary. I didn’t realize at the time I was being arrested for suspicion of DUI. They order me out of the car and I fail all field sobriety tests. Taken to CHP offices and blow a .14 and a .13. I am arrested and booked. After the shock and after spending the night in jail I return home knowing I have to get an attorney. Unfortunately, for me my job requires a clean driving record and I am in jeopardy of losing my career. I do some research and start looking for attorneys. I came across Josh Price and I can’t begin to tell you how grateful and fortunate I was to pick Josh for my case. I had talked to friends in the past and knew I was fighting an uphill battle. First offense with that high BAC level mandatory suspension of DL, fines, insurance rates etc. but more importantly I lose my job. I had no choice but to try and save my career fight the charges and go to trial. Let me say that Josh knows his law. From picking a jury to bringing in special witnesses and most importantly knowing all the the rights of a defendant and laws of DUI. We didn’t get the most cooperative Judge, we also had the cards stacked against us because of my high BAC. I have to say none of that mattered, Josh was a bulldog in court, he fought for me and gave me a chance and was all I was asking for considering the circumstances and the reality of my .14 BAC. He walked me through the whole process worked with me when I needed guidance and was always available to me. Mr. Price never gave me false hope and was painfully honest with me. He said it will be a fight. He came to court everyday prepared and started chipping away at the prosecutors case. He was very personable and the jury understood him and our case. Forward to judgement day, the jury comes back and finds me not guilty of all charges!! I can’t say enough about Josh and his commitment to my case and his expertise is second to none. Obviously everyone’s DUI is going to have different circumstances but know that this man is going to give you his all and your best shot at it beating your DUI. I now have my license back kept my job and will be endlessly grateful to this man. Thank you Josh!!

Thank God, for your Love & Mercy! And thank you, Mr. Price, because I witnessed how hard you fought in my case. Mr. Price will not give you false promises; he is courteous and respectful but clear and direct. After visiting three or four of the most "popular/renowned" attorneys in the area, ...I met Mr. Price at his office; he was very kind and explained in detail the charges against me, as well as the possible consequences. He never promised anything, other than his commitment to fight for the best of my benefit and he accomplished his words. Mr. Price is worth every penny! Below some facts of the case: charged with a first DUI offense with .16% blood alcohol level and .14/.15% Portable Breath Test results. After many court appearances, we decided to "file a motion to suppress evidence" to try to get the blood evidence suppressed. Mr. Price was able to win the motion and the Judge agreed that the seizure of the blood was in violation of the 4th Amendment and she suppressed the results which ended up in a dismissal of the Blood evidence charge! Unfortunately, I still had the charge of the Portable Breath Test, but Mr. Price let me know that our position to win within a "Jury trial" had improved considerably. At the end of the day he let me choose between going to a jury trial to get the whole case dismissed or fighting for a wet and reckless "wet reckless" to which I decided to fight for the wet reckless. Believe me it wasn't easy. Initially the WET was not granted but Mr. Price used all his resources and in a second instance and appearance in court, he finally could achieve the WET, which was a great outcome for me! I am sure if we had gone to trial we would have won it thanks to God and the good work, courage and reputation of Attorney Price, but after several months of waiting throughout the process I believe I took the best decision. I also want to thank his assistance Amanda who always kept me informed and answered all my questions to this day. Joshua Price and his assistant Amanda were a real blessing for me in a time of great difficulty. Mr. Price was always available to talk with me regarding my cases (4 prescription med DUIs within 6 months, including collisions), and advise me. He handled everything professionally and with great exper...tise and skill. I never had to go to court or to the DMV hearings and he or Amanda contacted me straight away to inform me the outcome - which was always favorable. I did not get a felony and did not have to go to jail (only home detention). Just DUI classes, pay a fine, and MADD class. He even reduced his fee since I was wracking up so many cases in a short period.
