I hired Erik for a criminal felony case and he and his office is very professional and explained everything to me in detail. They gave me an outline of how everything works and are attention to detail. The pricing was reasonable. Other places wanted to charge me $3000 more than what he was chargin...g me for my first time being in trouble. He offered me a payment plan & worked with me if I was a few days behind. This was the first time I ever needed an attorney and hopefully it will be the last but God forbid if I ever need another attorney I will not hesitate to call Erik. From day 1 he made me feel at ease, He is very professional and knowledgeable. He never made any promises that he couldn't keep and stay...ed true to his word until the case was resolved. His Assistant Marina was very professional, always returned my phone calls whenever I had a question. Payment plans are not so great, You have to pay half the first time you meet with Erik and the other half within 15 days but it was worth it. I hired Erik to take care of a felony theft charge (among other things) for my son. Not only was Erik fairly priced, he didn't over promise and under deliver. He was very realistic with us from the start and made sure we understood the entire process. I met a few other attorneys but Erik is who my so...n and I were most comfortable with. He got the felony dropped down to a misdemeanor and all of the other charges dropped. Erik was awesome! When I got my second DUI I didn't know where to turn. My first DUI experience was terrible and the lawyer was awful so I didn't want to go back to him. One of my friends had used Erik for a different criminal matter the year before and got great results so I went in to talk with him....
