I represent clients in all types of employment litigation and disputes among co-owners of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies.

I help employees recover unpaid wages and I defend employers threatened with serious claims. I have been called on to resolve corporate gridlock, remove corporate directors, and protect the rights of shareholders. I have successfully represented clients in numerous jury and judge trials, and have pursued notably complex matters to verdict and final judgment. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in employment class actions, and I am one of the few attorneys who has taken a wage and hour class action to trial and won.

Excelleent employment law expertise
Mr. King helped my sister with a very difficult job termination situation which was likely based on age descrimination. His insights and approach were right on target. The case settled successfully for my sister.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
Mr. King and his colleagues represented my class of more than 200 employees in a case that lasted more than five (5) years. His professionalism and demeanor are above reproach. Most importantly, Mr. King is personable and was able to put us at ease throughout some very trying times. In the end, our suit settled for a sizeable recovery of damages.
