Biography
I represent clients in all types of employment litigation and disputes among co-owners of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies.
I help employees recover unpaid wages and I defend employers threatened with serious claims. I have been called on to resolve corporate gridlock, remove corporate directors, and protect the rights of shareholders. I have successfully represented clients in numerous jury and judge trials, and have pursued notably complex matters to verdict and final judgment. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in employment class actions, and I am one of the few attorneys who has taken a wage and hour class action to trial and won.

Excelleent employment law expertise
