Biography
My practice at James & Waddle PC includes the aggressive representation of clients in litigation matters. I have successfully represented individuals, and the family's of individuals, who have suffered personal injury or wrongful death, usually in an accident (car/auto/motorcycle). I also have a proven track record in general civil litigation matters as well.
I studied at San Diego State University and received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accountancy from California State University Sacramento in 1999. I was a recognized member of the Beta Alpha Psi Honors Accounting Fraternity and was named to the Dean's List for my academic achievements.
I earned my Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. My legal studies focused on trial advocacy. I also participated in the Advocacy Honors Board Mock Trial Competition. I am a proud member of the California Western School of Law, Pro Bono Honors Society, which recognizes the importance of addressing the legal needs of disadvantaged or under represented individuals. In 2003, the State Bar of California awarded me the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in recognition of his voluntary provision of legal services to the indigent.
I am admitted to practice in all courts in California and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. In addition, I am a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. The Consumer Attorneys of San Diego is an organization of trial lawyers in San Diego County who work to preserve and protect the legal rights of consumers.
