I worked with Lisa and Marie for about 2-1/2 years until the doctors determined that my medical conditions have become permanent/stationary. It took this long mainly because of the lack of the insurance to respond timely and delays in approving treatments. Lisa worked very diligently and negotiated an excellent settlement for me that exceeded my expectations. This included a sum amount and education vouchers that I was entitled to for my two main injuries. I will recommend Lisa to anybody that needs help with WCs cases or any other accident injury or product illnesses and be confident that she will do her best to get you the best treatments and all the benefits you are entitled to.

Before Lisa got involved in my case the insurance adjuster was giving me a very low settlement offer. I had no idea what to do or how to negotiate with someone who does this every day. After hiring Lisa I got an unbiased doctor to provide an accurate medical report (unlike the insurance doctor). The ...final settlement was much more than their initial offer. After I dismissed my other lawyer for 7 years (Nawarro, who completely fail my case, Lisa became my lawyer only for a little bit more than 1 yeas. She was fighting for me for an approval of additional treatment after initial denial, left tons of messages and letters to work comp case worker, who ...tried to ignore practically everything .... She finalized my work comp case (the spine fracture) and and represented me in a court with BEST possible result , was catching every single detail to get more compensation. This has been a very long and ongoing case. I would suppose that most people would wait till the outcome of the case before they write a review, but I don't want the possible outcome to cause me to hesitate in giving Lisa the praise she deserves. Lisa Jou has been on top of this case since the day ...she received it. She has kept me abreast on all the pertinent details, never once leaving me in the dark. When I needed to speak with her, she always returned my calls in a timely manner. She went above and beyond the call of duty in hearing the concerns of my wife and I. She has a vast supply of knowledge as to the workings of the WC system in conjunction with other systems. This was extremely helpful for it caused us to understand her strategies that were designed with our best interest in mind. She always behaved herself in a professional manner in my presence, displaying integrity that is truly commendable. How she keeps up with all the running back and forth is beyond me, but I know she's not a robot for her kindness and genuine concern are quite evident.
