Biography
Attorney David C. Beavans is founder and managing attorney of the firm, located in San Diego, California. Our multi-practice firm is dedicated to providing the best in legal representation and delivering exceptional value to each client we serve.
Mr. Beavans received his BA from the University of California at Davis. In 1995, George Washington University awarded him both an MBA and a Masters in International Affairs. Mr. Beavans returned to law school and graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While at TJSL, Mr. Beavans was asked to write an article on corporate privacy rights for the TJSL Law Review Journal. He was president of the award winning ADR competition team, and is a founding member of the TJSL Sailing Club.
The combination of JD and MBA has been a big help to the firm's clients. By understanding the core concepts of business and law, the firm is able to provide sophisticated solutions to our clients that other attorneys are unable to match.

Mr. Beavans's law firm took my case when no one else would. They fought hard and long for me and won. The firm knew I was being bullied and stepped in on my behalf to me this the true Justice League.

Highly Recommend
Going through a divorce is the last thing I wish upon anyone, but if you find yourself in that situation (like I did) then you need an attorney that will aggressively and effectively represent you. David and his staff not only met but exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mr. Beavans.
