Marie has been an outstanding pro bono help to the non profit 501(c)3 organization I am leading. She helped us for free with 34 B-1 visa applications from a dozen different nationalities. All of these applicants coming in the US to volunteer were successfully granted their B1 visas. She also helped ...us pro bono for a R-1 religious worker. I definitely recommend her.

Marie took on our Green Card case very late in the game. Our original lawyer had left us on the brink of deportation as our H1B and H4's were expiring and we were running out of time to get our applications submitted. Marie took on our case with very short notice, familiarized herself with all the i...nformation and miraculously had everything filed with literally 1 day to spare. That was in August 2018. It is now July 2019 and we have our Green Cards! We are incredibly grateful and indebted to Marie for all her hard work and professionalism and for making what was a hugely stressful experience into nothing more than a waiting game. I also have to mention Linda Parrish, a Senior Paralegal at the firm working with Marie. She was excellent with communication and extremely helpful nd pleasant to work with. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I do not normally leave reviews but felt this was the least I could do for Marie after what she has done for me and my family. I required a lawyer to help me with a very complex Humanitarian Reinstatment application after my father (and sponsor) died unexpectedly. I had been waiting 8 years for my p...riorty date to arrive and the sudden death of my father was a huge blow to us all. I was aware of HR but also was aware that it was a very difficult thing to be given so thought the best option was to go through a lawyer that was familair with it. From the get go Marie and her team Lupe and Unica knew exactly what was required and guided me every step of the way to submit my request for HR. I will not go into detail as to what was required but I can assure you I would not have gathered half the material Marie instructed me to get. Once all documents were gathered I sent them to Marie who reviewed them in detail and only when she was satisfied, submitted them to USCIS. USCIS do not give updates on HR cases but Every time I contacted Marie for an update she always reassured me everything was normal and to have patience. After 2 years USCIS came back to us asking for more information which again took sometime to put together. Marie again reviewed and advised us on what to supply and in what format etc. Again after submission we didnt hear anything for nearly 3 years but last month (May 2019) I got an email from Marie with an attachment from USCIS confirming we had been successful. Whats more as my original priorty date was now current after 13 years we are in the process of preparing for our interview. I am 100% certain that without Marie there is no way my HR application would have been successful. If you need someone for an immigration issue such as mine I simply can't recommend Marie and her team enough!!

Maire was absolutely incredible! Beyond being lawyer she is a great human being. She took care my case with her full effort. I feel so confident while I am working with her. I worked with her on my EB2 Employment based Green card interview. I was very anxious about my Interview and after meeting her... for the first time I felt confident about the interview. She was perfect. Then Maire was with me the entire time during my actual interview which helped me to face the interview with confidence. My Green Card was Approved on the same day once the interview was done. I can highly recommend Marie and wouldn't hesitate to engage her again for any immigration-related petitions that come up!
