Thorough and easy to work with

He, of course, provided advice and all of the required legal documents but was very good at providing and explaining the instructions for all of the steps we had to handle going forward (the things that an attorney can't just do for you). I like the flat rate and didn't have to worry about whether an email or phone call question triggered billable time.

EXCELLENT ESTATE PLANNING LAWYER

We first heard Jim Voeller give an overview of Trusts on a webinar. After consulting with with him, we hired him "on the spot" to create the Trust for our family. Jim was outstanding. Outstanding work on trust will and poa!

Estate planning

Jim and his staff were outstanding. We walked in knowing absolutely nothing about how a living trust would work for an older couple. Jim sat down with us and explain the whole process making it relatively simple to understand. After we gave him the go ahead he and his staff developed an awesome plan. Once again he stepped us through it point by point explaining all the nuances. We are extremely satisfied with his outstanding work and look forward to his further consultation. Awesome Attorney.

James explained to us the difference between a standard will and a living trust. He explained the benefits of a living trust in terms of tax consequences and the ease of transferring our estate to our heirs. Very personable, professional, and efficient. Painless family estate planning

Getting a Will was always on our to-do list for years, and my wife and I finally decided now was the time. So we asked our financial consultant for any recommendations and Voeller's practice was recommended. He quickly assessed our situation involving our blended family, and a living trust turned out to be a better option--on the very next visit the document was completed and signed. If we had known it was going to be this painless, we would have done this long ago. We had a very good experience with Mr Voeller and his staff, and recommend him for your family estate planning needs as well!

Trust advisor

It's something no one wants to think about - their death. However, it is inevitable. Mr Jim Voeller prepared my estate to be set up in a trust. Thus, my trustee will not to be taxed for my assets left in my trust, nor have to go to court, nor go through probate. He helps you get your paperwork organized. He is very kind and efficient. Also, he will answer all and every question. I learned a lot from him. I feel like I have helped and protected the person that I have given control of my estate.

Exceptional Experience

Our accountant recommended the Voeller Law Firm to create a trust fund as well as some other items. We were so pleased with our experience. James was warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and was interested in what was best for us. Even when the work was complete, I was able to call when I had questions. Living Trust Prep

We created a living trust and Jim explained everything perfectly. I had several questions during the process which were answered usually with one phone call. Jim took care of transferring all properties into the trust.
