Attorneys Mark Young, Taylor F. Williams and Craig Aird of the law firm Donahoe, Young and Williams, "DYW" herein, were hired to stop all proceedings and remove a corrupt care provider, Sandra Quiroz, found also to be a convicted felon, who had unduly influenced my mother to change her Trust and desi...gnate Quiroz in my position as 1st Successor Trustee and Primary Beneficiary. I paid over $13,000 to DYW. I was asked to bring copies of evidence and provide the remaining by email as to which DYW charged over $9,000 to read, download, print and file, then do nothing with the research and info I provided; something they should have done. So basically, I paid twice and to do their job then acquiesce and not file one document on my behalf. I requested DYW to file a TRO on the care giver and record Lis Pendens on all Trust and Estate properties so assets would not be easily sold. DYW did nothing, absolutely nothing I requested. The judge asked DYW to obtain a 2017 report on the care giver. 6 continuances later, DYW still had not obtained the report. When I began calling DYW out for their inactions, DYW displaced blame on me and withdrew from the case. Left in pro per status without hardly any knowledge of what needed to be done, the judge dismissed my case. It took me 20 minutes to obtain the report DYW was requested to obtain. DYW is still holding $2500 for a retainer fee for Mark Young to appear on a related matter. Attorney Young never substituted in on the related Civil matter, has never acknowledged my requests for a refund and still remains in possession of funds he never earned, going on close to 2 years. This law firm did nothing for $13,000, has no conscience, zero ethics and will continuously lie to you saying how hard they are working for you asking for more money each time. When you find they have done nothing they displace blame on you and file a MTBRC, Motion to be Relieved as Counsel leaving a client in a vulnerable status with a pending trial while they fail to provide any status nor case file. DYW bailed from the case with every penny I paid them, then had the audacity to place a lien on the matter hoping to get more of unearned funds. Run from this law firm and spread the word. They have injured me and my family from recovering what is rightfully ours and they will do the same to you.
