Mark received his B.A. from U.C.L.A. in 1976 and his J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law in 1979. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1979 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California; District of Arizona), Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Federal Bar Associations, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mark has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County Superior Court and on the boards of directors of six nonprofit organizations including the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, Valley Industry Association (VIA) and Bridge to Home SCV, which operates homeless services and a shelter in Santa Clarita. Mark was named Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association “Lawyer of the Year” for 2019. Mark’s practice emphasizes business and real estate transactions, business-related civil litigation, bankruptcy and related litigation, and trust, wills and probate matters.
