Marie took over my case in the middle of the process from a different person that was working on it in the office. I pretty quickly felt that she studied my case well and was familiar with even smaller and very specific details of my accomplishments and previous work (in a field that she never worke...d on, or familiar with, before). This is what wanted to expect from every serious lawyer that is working on my case - they need to know all the details even better then I do... I believe this is a crucial factor for succeeding in bringing the best potential for every application. However, please make sure and verify that all the crucial information is well understood, and do not let details of your case go unnoticed or misunderstood. The little issue to be aware of - It seemed that Marie was fully loaded with other customers cases, which means it could come at a price - she could also be tied up for any immediate communication I had, however, I should say that she did get back to me with answers for questions I had along the process, doing her best to answer everything I needed. Given her stressful days I could say she was roughly gentle :) Bottom line, Marie seem to have done most of the actual work on my case (under Jacob Sapochnick). This also brought me to an eventual approval of my EB2 visa and GC. I want to Thank Marie and Jacob very much for the overall attitude and experience despite the stressful environment of any legal issues.
