10/10 BEST Lawyer & Outcome of Case

Unfortunately, I was arrested for my second DUI, which put me in one of the lowest points of my life. I knew how severe the penalty was for second and third-time offenders (jail time, license taken away, etc.) Immediately, I knew I had to hire an excellent lawyer to provide me with the best outco...me. Rick IS that lawyer. I reached out to Rick the next day over email, he responded back to me almost immediately to walk over the details of my arrest. Rick's level of expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process was more than I could have ever asked for. During this whole situation, Rick make me feel comfortable throughout these uncertain times and made sure to never worry because he would fight for my best outcome. Ultimately, Rick was able to help me avoid any additional jail time, along with lessened court fines. If you are ever in need of a DUI lawyer, make sure to hire Rick, you will be in the best hands.

Highly recommended, experienced DUI lawyer

If you're reading this, it's probably because either you or someone you know ended a night out in handcuffs and the big question is "What now?" The justice system is not your friend in this situation. No matter how well you think you'll do, you are not a lawyer and the system will absolutely chew... you up and spit you back out if you go into that courthouse alone. You need legal representation by a professional who is both knowledgeable in your type of case and experienced with the same courthouse where you are scheduled to appear. This is where Rick comes in. Whatever the circumstances of your DUI, Rick has seen a case just like it and knows how to handle it. Paying for Rick's services is like paying for the best-case (realistic) scenario to unfold. He communicates via email and is quick and reliable with his responses. When you send your case to Rick, you can go about your life as normally as possible while he fights for you. On your court date, he appears for you and emails you the results. Rick’s services granted me less severe consequences than what I expected. I hired Rick both for my DUI case and for my more recent case in which I was cited for driving with a suspended license. I worried that I ruined my life over a couple of mistakes. Rick was able to get me a favorable plea deal in my DUI case with reduced consequences compared to what would have happened if I went to court without representation. The suspended license case was dismissed after Rick submitted a Motion pointing out that the police violated my constitutional rights, which meant that evidence they collected against me was inadmissible in court. I completely trust in Rick’s experience and abilities. He considers all angles of the case and fights for the best outcome possible. While I hope I will never need his services again, my experience with his service makes me feel glad that I have his contact information handy just in case. I cannot recommend Rick highly enough.

I contacted Rick to help me with my daughter's DUI. With so many attorney's to chose from I am so glad we chose Rick. We reached out to him numerous times and he always was very quick with his responses. He really went to bat for my daughter and got her the best outcome available. A Lawyer That Cares

I recently hired Mr. Mueller to defend me for a 2nd DUI. It was evident that Rick truly cared about my well being through out the entire process. Having somebody like that in your corner to walk you through a very scary process is absolutely priceless. While results for every case vary, I was able to... walk away with a very favorable sentence which did not totally railroad my professional or personal life.
