When I contacted Mr. mueller I had already hired a attorney but after I talked to me mueller I knew he was a better fit for me. Right away he instructed me on what I needed to do to keep ...my license. He informed me on the entire length of the time from the arrest to my court date and after what would happen. I wont get into much detail on what happen but my arrest was not just a stop and I got arrested. It was much far worse than that. As you know the uncertainty and loosing everything we have worked So hard can be taken from us. MR mueller made sure that didn’t happen to me. He got me a great deal with the DA office and got some of the mandatory requirements removed. Which was a miracle. He was able to stay my license and keep me out of jail which was the most important for me. He assured me he would go to every court date which he did. I never had to show up which made it easy for my busy schedule. He answered all my calls when i had questions and through email he’s responds where within minutes which was very appreciated. From the beginning, Rick was very detail oriented and well versed in his field of practice. Anytime I sent him an email he responded within the hour. I felt like I had a genuine friend and professional on my side when I was worried about losing my job, going to jail, and not seeing my 6 year old son ...because of a second DUI within 5 years (I violated my probation period).
