Within three days of my DUI arrest, I contacted Rick Mueller. He immediately began educating me on the issues that lay ahead. First, he had me contact the DMV where I was able to get a temporary driver's license (my license was taken away during the arrest). Then, he scheduled a DMV hearing. This hea...ring was eventually postponed twice. As of this writing (six months after the arrest), I am still able to drive. As for my court case, Rick postponed the initial court date and then was able to negotiate a plea with the prosecurtors, reducing the DUI charge to a wet reckless. This excellent outcome resulted in much reduced penalties. But beyond the prosecution and defense of my case, Rick also provided me with invaluable advice and counsel: First, he advised me to not inform my employer despite the fact that I felt obligated to. I began attending meetings and the experience has been very good. I enjoy the meetings and the emphasis on sobriety helps me to better manage my health, teenagers, and marriage.

I got my Dui back in April 2020. I was in a company vehicle, I was 3 times the limit, it was my 2nd within 10 years, I have a family, I'm the sole provider, I was already in a deep depression, etc etc , this was a nightmare. Almost 9 months later now I can say that the whole experience is actually a... blessing for me in my personal life, because of the changes it has brought about. Legally speaking, i spoke to a couple attorneys and put my trust in Rick, and he has guided me through the entire process way beyond my expectations. There is literally no research to do once you hire Rick, just do what he tells you. Looking back, before I hired him, I remember reading all his reviews that said "just do what he says" and now it all makes sense. I was preactively driving with an IID on a restricted license, and already doing my 18 month dui program, before my case was even heard. Also he is personable and always responded to any questions I had promptly, sometimes I got a text or email back the same evening I sent them, thinking he would see it the next day.
