My wife (U.S. Citizen) and I (Canadian P.R.) just completed a successful spousal visa (CR1) process through the Montreal Consulate. I only have praise for Mr. Lolly's and his staff for their professionalism and for being so helpful and knowledgeable during this process. We started off our CR1 jou...rney with a very frank conversation where we laid out a work plan that we adjusted as we moved along. Allan was always eager to listen to our situation and we adjusted our plans based on the observations we had. He was always handy to answer our questions and we appreciated how he analyzed them, and provided frank straight-to-the point answers. That is what my wife and I needed as we relied on his legal immigration knowledge and advice. Tami, the case manager that he assigned to us, was and is a great professional. She worked with us side by side and guided us through the complex documentation requirements for our immigration process. Our communication with Allan Lolly and his staff has always been fluid, helpful, and prompt. Their answers and guidance contributed to reduce the natural anxiety and uncertainty that naturally comes associated with immigration procedures. If you are reading this review, I can tell you by my experience and that of my wife that we are completely satisfied with the service that we received, the fair price, the professionalism, communication, and above all the effectiveness that resulted out of all this. I am joining my wife in NY very soon (March 2014) and having people like Allan, and Tami on our side made our journey more satisfactory. Please do your homework: invest the time to collect documentation, follow the instructions that you receive, communicate respectfully and efficiently, and ask questions. That is what we did with Allan and Tami and the positive results that we obtained speak for themselves. Allan Lolly and Taylor Collins helped us in the process of receiving my conditional permanent resident status after I (German) got married to my husband (US). Everything worked out great from the start: Only a few hours after we've sent an e-mail to Allan Lolly's office in order to get some informa...tion and a quote, Allan personally called us to get a better view of our case (most of the lawyers we contacted, did not even get back or only months later). His professionalism and detailed explanations, just on this first phone call, convinced us, he would be the right choice and made us hire him. Our expectations even got exceeded. Taylor was in charge for us and prepared all the paperwork absolutely perfect and very detail-oriented, I guess, that is what counts in matters like these. The e-mail-correspondence was professional during the entire process, every update from the USCIS got communicated right away (not one single day delayed). And everything always got explained (while Taylor was on vacation, Cynthia did a wonderful job here, too!). Short-term requests from our side were resolved by Taylor immediately. Only 2 month after filing date, I received EAD and AP and two weeks later the conditional "green card". Much earlier then we ever anticipated. Thank you Allan and Team for the great work! I will definitely hire Allan Lolly again for removal of the conditional status.

Allan Lolly and Taylor Collins were absolutely the right choice for my fiancée and me. My German fiancée just recently received her visa, so we are super thankful to Allan and Taylor. Not only did they do a superb job of simply dealing with the government paperwork (which isn’t simple to me), but t...hey also—Taylor in particular—provided moral support and practical tips to both my fiancée and me. Often, dealing with conflicting and confusing documents from the government can be trying to a person’s sanity, but Taylor was on the ball all the time. Not once did my fiancée or I feel in the dark when we had questions. I think the fees Lolly charges are more than fair for the quality care and professionalism the client receives. My fiancée and I knew it was important for us to be able to eventually be man and wife in the USA, and I am so glad we chose this law firm. Now, our dreams can come true because of their hard work. My wife and I been looking for an immigration firm that we could trust and knowledgeable about our case, desperately, because we are running out of time for my wife's visiting visa/WAP would nearly be up on Aug.19,2013.And we picked the most efficient and reliable firm.And it does good to me to have ...Allan's firm ,as a working man that do not have much time to spend running around offices.As long as you gather the right documents they need you're good.And the staff are very helpful esp. to Cynthia who is assigned to our case.Our case moved so quick and easy.My wife got her green card last week after our interview last Nov.26,2013. The law firm made me and my fiance from Thailand's paperwork for her K1 so easy and simple. Yes it takes some work, but without them I dont think we would have got it done by now, we would still be working on it. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get a K1 visa.
