Good well done

Lira and I met online about 7 years ago. Our case was a difficult one because of my Aerophobia. Allan explained that this particular condition was one of the few exemptions to get my fiance a visa. So we hired him and his helper Tami. They both did a wonderful job and we ended up getting a final appr...oval in Oct. 2015. Now , we are married and want to thank Allan and his staff for all their help! We are a very happy couple :-)

Robert, Thank you. These cases tend to be a problem because we are going outside the normal processing rules and immigration agencies tend to resist the tact. You had a good case and we were set up to appeal, so in the end things worked out. Best regards, Allan

I refused to wait until my number was called

If "standing in line" is listed as one of your hobbies, I have nothing to say to you. If walking to the front of the line and being more importannt that picking a good number, you are picking the right lawyer to get your family here as soon as possible the legal way. I live next door to a young cou...ple that faced the federal alone, waited in line for two years, and finally were reunited here in Tennessee. I hired Allan S. Lolly and brought my Peruvian wife home four months later, three months processing in the U.S. and one month processing in Peru. The law firm of Allan S. Lolly has taken away the worry of paperwork rejection from each process for immigration, permanent resident, and most recently U.S. Citizenship. The staff at Allan S. Lolly, especially Taylor, keep are quick to give updates on your process when updates are made available. Taylor's email after the citizenship exam to find out how the exam went felt like a friend holding her breath, waiting for the news. We are so thankful to Allan and Taylor for our happiness and I am very appreciative for all their attention to detail handling our affairs. I highly recommend Allan S. Lolly if you want your case handled quickly and professionally, if time means nothing to you then pick a number and your case will be handled in the order it is received.

I601(a) waiver approved- FIRST TIME!! Excellent proffessionalism!

This review is for those who have given up hope that their immigration case has reached a full stop! We were scared and anxious at the thought of never being together as a family after a 212 6(C-i) slap on us. Being based in Uganda, the perception of the immigration maze we would have to go through... in order for our case to be heard & even waived at the most, made us give up; We needed a lawyer who would not judge us based on our origin or case at hand! We needed a lawyer who would listen, understand , guide us and give us hope! My husband on the East coast-USA, located the perfect attorney (Allan Scott Lolly) on the West Coast-USA! Despite the distance from the lawyer, Allan's team (Schyler and Tami) got down to work so quick with exceptional professionalism, dedication and hard work, and they got our i601(a) waiver approved FIRST TIME...FIRST TIME!!! And along the way, they gave us hope and comfort that it will be alright! In no time, Scott's team got our i-130 approved, our family visa interview scheduled and i601 waiver filed. The waiver was approved and visas issued and this entire process was all completed in a seamlessly and timely manner. We highly recommend Allan Scott's law firm for all immigration related matters (Even African cases). Schyler even checked on us to ensure that we arrived in USA safely. Thank you Scott, Tami & Schyler, you are extra-ordinary! Keep the good work! Betty & Geoffrey!!

Betty and Geoffrey, Welcome to the U.S. together as a family! I'm glad all worked out too. I have cases through Africa and have no difficulty working with each family right where they live. Your comments are very much appreciated. Warmly, Allan (Scott)

Thanks to the entire Allan S. Lolly team!

I have never had to deal with immigration until my then fiancé, Nazar, was trying to immigrate to the US so that we could get married and live our lives together here in peace. Nazar is a Pakistani and as I was to find out that in itself seemed to make this process harder than usual. I started to... look for legal advice from an immigration attorney and decided to use the services of Allan S. Lolly even though his office was in San Diego and I lived in Seattle. So all our dealings were through emails and occasional phone conversations. We tried to get an I-129F visa and also filled out I-601 and I-212 paperwork due to my health and personal issues. During this process and the failure of the I-129F my fiancé and I decided that I would come to Pakistan and while there we would get married. After which we resubmitted our new paperwork as a married couple. During this process we had several paralegals in the Lolly firm help us. The next step was to process the I-130 and then updated our I-601 and I-212. This process was long and took an enormous amount to complete. During this process Schuyler Lolly became our main contact person. She was extremely helpful, patient with our many concerns and we truly felt like she understood our situation and was willing to do everything she could to help us. She gave us her support. Schuyler pushed for what was right to the very end when she contacted the government department that finally seemed to get the embassy we were dealing with to complete a process that was sitting in a stagnant pool of bureaucracy. This process took about 7 years to complete and now we are together proudly in the USA where we can enjoy peace, family and a good life. If it were not for Allan S. Lolly and his firm and most importantly the work of Schuyler Lolly we would probably still be apart. We owe them our happiness. Phyllis and Nazar

Phyllis and Nazar. I very much appreciate this post. It was a torturous case, for each of us. My apologies things took so long. The U.S. consulate in Islamabad assumed the marriage visa would be terminated because of the multiple bars. It appeared as if there was no chance to have them waived, but then when the bars were lifted, I believe the consulate resisted because it had already closed the file and returned it to the U.S. Having the file recalled was very much like pulling teeth, and then no one was in a good mood. In the end, he has the visa. It's just so unfortunate that problems arise in government without good cause. I am so glad you came to us early because we did all things correctly and there was no basis to continue resisting. Best wishes on your life together. Kindly, Allan

exceptional service

Allan Scott Lolly and whole team were exceptional for their legal advice and services. They'd ensured that our visa applications were accurate, correct and most of all complete. I could not have made a better choice. Fantastic cooperation throughout the process and put us at ease with everything

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
