Good well done
Lira and I met online about 7 years ago. Our case was a difficult one because of my Aerophobia. Allan explained that this particular condition was one of the few exemptions to get my fiance a visa. So we hired him and his helper Tami. They both did a wonderful job and we ended up getting a final appr...
Robert, Thank you. These cases tend to be a problem because we are going outside the normal processing rules and immigration agencies tend to resist the tact. You had a good case and we were set up to appeal, so in the end things worked out. Best regards, Allan

I refused to wait until my number was called
If "standing in line" is listed as one of your hobbies, I have nothing to say to you. If walking to the front of the line and being more importannt that picking a good number, you are picking the right lawyer to get your family here as soon as possible the legal way. I live next door to a young cou...

I601(a) waiver approved- FIRST TIME!! Excellent proffessionalism!
This review is for those who have given up hope that their immigration case has reached a full stop! We were scared and anxious at the thought of never being together as a family after a 212 6(C-i) slap on us. Being based in Uganda, the perception of the immigration maze we would have to go through...
Betty and Geoffrey, Welcome to the U.S. together as a family! I'm glad all worked out too. I have cases through Africa and have no difficulty working with each family right where they live. Your comments are very much appreciated. Warmly, Allan (Scott)

Thanks to the entire Allan S. Lolly team!
I have never had to deal with immigration until my then fiancé, Nazar, was trying to immigrate to the US so that we could get married and live our lives together here in peace. Nazar is a Pakistani and as I was to find out that in itself seemed to make this process harder than usual. I started to...
Phyllis and Nazar. I very much appreciate this post. It was a torturous case, for each of us. My apologies things took so long. The U.S. consulate in Islamabad assumed the marriage visa would be terminated because of the multiple bars. It appeared as if there was no chance to have them waived, but then when the bars were lifted, I believe the consulate resisted because it had already closed the file and returned it to the U.S. Having the file recalled was very much like pulling teeth, and then no one was in a good mood. In the end, he has the visa. It's just so unfortunate that problems arise in government without good cause. I am so glad you came to us early because we did all things correctly and there was no basis to continue resisting. Best wishes on your life together. Kindly, Allan
