I hired the law firm of Allan S. Lolly to help remove conditions related to my wife’s conditional green card (ie, filing of I-751). The entire process was smooth – from my initial consultation to actually engaging the firm. I worked with a very competent and friendly group of professionals (s...pecial mention to Taylor, who was very accommodating). I was provided with very timely and clear instructions on how to complete the particulars required for the filings, and any questions I had were quickly answered. It is also worth mentioning cost: this firm’s charges were a LOT less than other firms were quoting (and less than other firms I used in the past for my own green card filing), while the services they provided were superb. I am happy to report that my wife’s filing was successful! I will definitely be using the firm again when it is time to apply for her US citizenship!

I've used Allan Lolly's firm twice for my wife and I's immigration needs and their work is fast, efficient and well worth the reasonable cost. If you can communicate well in writing and provide timely materials as requested, they will take the ball from there. They provided courteous responses to all... my questions and earned my respect and trust.

Our first contact with Allan was already excellent. We called his office and got directly put through to him. He made sure to take his time and find our specific situation and need in detail, to then map out the best way forward for us. He was very open and honest about everything, also in regards to... the costs. And it all turned out to be true. We retained Allan and his firm for a total of $1800 and it didn't cost us a single cent more. After our first consultation Allan was very quick to follow up with the necessary paperwork and we also got assigned our excellent paralegal, Taylor, who from now on would help us on a day-to-day basis. And while at first we were a little weary that they only want to be contacted by email, unless it is an emergency, Taylor always responded within a single business day. So our concerns were completely unfounded. And when once we did have a time sensitive issue where we had to call in, Taylor was available right away and gladly helped us out on the phone. We first contacted Allan in April 2014. In July 2014 my wife and I got married and at the end of July we had all the documents ready to submit to the consulate in Frankfurt, Germany. By mid-August, we already got a response that said that our application had been approved and that we should move forward in getting all the original documents together and pay all the fees to arrange the interview at the consulate. By mid-september we were ready to schedule the interview, which we had on October 23. We could already have had it in the first week of October, but for private scheduling reasons, we chose to do it later. Anyways, Allan and his team were straightforward with the timeline, they said it was going to take 4-5 months once all the documents were ready. In our case it was a little more than 3 months, so they erred on the safe side, but we couldn't have been any happier. And thanks to Taylor and Allan's excellent work and preparation, we didn't experience any problems along the way and everything went down smoothly. My American wife and I moved to the U.S. at the end of December and we are now excited to start our lives here. We can only highly recommend Allan and his team for any immigration related issues, since we couldn't have been any happier. It was very professional and very responsive from day one. K1/K2 Visa All I can say is: If you need an immigration attorney use these folks. Upfront - no surprises - you will be very pleased with their level of service and professionalism. They guided me every step of the way. A K1 Visa is slow and painful. It's not worth making a single, 2 month (or w...orse) mistake trying to do this yourself. Very very pleased with all they did for me.

Working on my husbands papers was very nerve racking considering the smallest mistake would prevent us from a life together in the US. I had called around researching offices- some that did not have attorneys but just did the paperwork. None of the other offices I spoke with could explain each stage... of the process to me, one even told me they could not work on my case further then the initial filing... Why would I want to hire a company that could not help me complete the goal of bringing my husband to the US? I was also told by another office I had a good case but if I was denied that was it I lost my money and my husband could not come to US. When I asked him a worst case scenario if I was denied he personally assured me his office would reply to any questioning and pretty much guaranteed me he would not quit on my case until my husband was here with me and had obtained his green card. I was ecstatic. I hired Allan that same day, he worked with my pay schedule Which made the cost manageable for me. I even had my own personal paralegal who answered all of my questions no matter how silly or small they were. This office was very thorough and explained what was happening at each stage of case processing. Before each approval, I knew what the next step was to entail, and about how long the next stage would take. After my husband came to the US, they followed up letting me know when we need to remove conditions on his 2 year green card and get his permanent green card.
