A former Assistant Attorney General, RMI, I have more than 20 years experience as an attorney.
I enjoy developing personal relationships with my clients. Immigrating family members can be a stressful experience. Success in case processing makes all the difference in the lives of each family. I want cases to proceed with as little stress as possible. I have an experienced staff. We all work together as a team.
Our firm is devoted entirely to family immigration matters. We have obtained more than 11,000 visas and green cards for fiancées, spouses and children, as well as IR visas for parents, through the USCIS and overseas consulates; stateside green card adjustment of status cases, including for foreigners in the U.S. undocumented or out of status; 601 and 212 bar waivers based on illegal entry, over stays, and certain crimes.

The key is to have a good set of documents, beginning with initial filings and throughout case processing, then have your fiancee be prepared. If the consulate officer believes the case has merit, the interview should be quick. Everyone is busy, so there is no reason to dwell upon a case that is ready to go.
