We were almost in despair as two other lawyers had refused to take on our case. A third lawyer could not be reached after our initial consult. I found Mr Lolly while browsing online almost out of options. My husband had accepted a job out of state 5 months before we started filing. The other lawyers... started working with us and then dropped out when we told them that we would not be permanently together in one state by the time of our filing. Our daughter had just undergone a surgical procedure that needed me to stay in our current state of residence until cleared by the cardiologist. We also needed to show that we still had a marital relationship regardless of the fact that my husband was working out of state. He then went ahead to explain what the process would entail and that we would have to work together. Cynthia, a paralegal that works with him was assigned my case. She is a lawyer in her country of origin. We started the process immediately and majority of our communication was via e-mail. This worked perfectly for us as we did not have to go into an office (my husband was away most of the week at work). My Lolly and Cynthia worked together on our paper work and ensured that every detail was documented. Our final folder was mailed to USCIS on the last day of May 2013 and they sent a letter of receipt as June 03,2013. Our interview was for September 12th,2013. We were called for a second interview due to the fact that my husband worked out of state plus a few missed details during the interview. Mr Lolly worked with me and prepared us for what he said would be a stokes interview. We had to pay attention to the simplest details of our marriage as we could be questioned about anything and everything. Mr Lolly was very detailed and professional. I had been quite nervous after reading all the online blogs about second interviews but was very confident after my conversations with Mr Lolly. It is not just about the money with him as it is with other lawyers. He pursues excellence and is very committed from the beginning to the end. Our second interview was held October 04, 2013 and I am excited to say that I received my green card on October 16, 2013. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer.
