Sam Tyre is an experienced trial attorney practicing all areas of criminal law. He has represented clients charged with a great variety of crimes, including DUIs, domestic violence, drug sales, gang-related crimes, large scale thefts and embezzlements, and murders. Mr. Tyre has earned numerous dismissals prior to cases even being filed (prosecution rejects) as well as dismissals after formal charges have been filed.

Simple Restraining order
Sam Tyre was unprepared still looking up laws during court session. For money spent Sam Tyre did not fight as hard as he should, and could have.

Replied last June 12, 2017As the Judge indicated, it was a close call that did not go our way. We had a plan we discussed at our two office meetings and executed the plan according to the law. During court, opposing counsel used a criminal argument in a civil proceeding. I was able to pull the Cal Crim Jury Instructions from my iBooks. I feel having this quick reference makes me more prepared. Feel free to contact my office if you would like to discuss the case further.
