Celia Cho, Esq. was inspired to go to law school after consulting with an attorney about protecting creations of the mind. Having been inspired by intellectual property law, she hung up the phone and decided she would go to law school so she could help others know and protect their rights. During law school, Celia was selected to receive an intellectual property law fellowship and excelled in copyright, trademark, and patent law. She also earned membership to the Trial Advocacy Honors Board after competing in a trial competition.
Today, Celia has experience in both litigation and transactional matters, including clerking for Judge James Di Cesare of the Superior Court of California in the unlimited civil division where she worked on numerous types of cases (e.g., breach of contract, defamation, wrongful termination, harassment, personal injury, and real estate). Additionally, Celia worked on contracts, copyright, and trademark issues for Reef, a division of VF Corporation. She counsels business owners, entities, and individuals on their business, intellectual property, entertainment, and real estate matters.
Celia is dedicated to animal welfare issues and helping the community. She volunteers for the Humane Society of the United States and theVeterans Legal Services Clinic.
