Extremely Helpful
Our case was a slam dunk however, the nonsense of the opposing team, took us longer than expected to close. Scott went well above and beyond to calm my nerves with his surprisely astonishing sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Scott, Five Stars all the way!

I am really glad you "Kind of knew that." I was on the phone with you for over 40 minutes of which and you paid for a 15 minute consultation. Joe, then you contacted AVVO for a refund. Really? Actually, you were looking for a method to save money by not paying employees properly. Actually, you did know that or you would not have kept me on the phone for 40 minutes at no extra charge.

1) I did not get answers like what legal path should I take 2) I didn't get an idea on what are the chances of my employer to win the case if they decide to sue me. Whether I am on strong or weak side 3) I didn't get an idea as to which State will govern my case? California or New Jersey?
I remember your issues fairly well. There were many that would far exceed your understanding as they were based on other states civil procedure in addition to your requiring an opinion on the outcome of a lawsuit between you and your employer. I cannot tell you if you're employer is going to sue you or give you the outcome of a jury trial. I try to give you the best advice I can under the circumstances and would have no other reason to do less than that. I'm sorry my advice was less than you expected.
