I definitely recommend David Russomanno to anyone in need of a great attorney. An individual recently filed a restraining order against me, and in my opinion, this person did so without merit. But of course I was worried and stressed when I was "served", because I certainly did not want a restraining order on my record. I've never been in this situation before, so I didn't know how to handle it. So I went straight to yelp, and I saw all of the fantastic reviews for David Russomanno. He called me back right away, and after explaining my case with him, he clearly and thoroughly spelled out what my options were. His tone over the phone sounded strong and confident, so I felt good in hiring him. So....today was the court date, and guess what? He got my case dismissed! Yay!! David Russomanno is tough, he is diligent, and he is assertive. I can tell he is very driven to help, and very driven to win. And he has the competence to do both. It's good to have someone like him on your side. I would *definitely* recommend him.

Mr. Russomanno goes above and beyond, he actually cares and is truly relentless.
I would highly recommend Mr. Russomanno to anyone! He's that good.
Fortunately, my case was resolved quickly and ended better than I expected.
He is an excellent listener, communicator and most importantly you can trust and depend on him.
Mr. Russomanno is hands down the single best decision I have made. He saved me and I will always be grateful for a job well done!
Thank you, Thank you, Mr. Russomanno.

I hired David two years ago to handle a matter involving my neighbors that he was successful in helping me in. I ended up being accused of a different crime by my accusers earlier this year and hired him again. I deeply regret it. Instead of listening to me or helping prove my innocence, my character was attacked by the prosecutor and I was convicted of I crime I didn't commit. The moment I had handcuffs placed on me and put in a jail cell, I lost a lot of trust for David. He kept trying to assure my I was in good hands and nothing would happen, but instead my life ended up being ruined.
Before this second situation, I would've recommended David. Now, I wouldn't. I feel disrespected, lied to, my trust was violated after that, and most of all I felt completely ignored by him. He continued to put in an uncomfortable situation after my conviction while ignoring my concerns.
You should've let me testify, David. Thanks a lot of allowing the Burbank DA's to ruin my life.
