I run a solo practice that focuses on debt settlement and business transactions.

In the area of credit law, it is my mission to provide my clients with a comprehensive approach to dealing with debt and creditors.  There are no one-shot answers in how to deal with debt issues.  Depending on the individual clients and their circumstances, Bankruptcy may or may not be the most effective course of action.  In many cases, debt settlement may be more effective.  When served with a creditor lawsuit, there are several options on how to respond.  I am committed to listening to my clients, evaluating their circumstances and advising them on the course of action that best serves their needs.

In the area of contract and transactional law, my mission is to provide basic, affordable legal services and advice to small business or individuals who are getting established in their fields, who may not have the resources to retain a big firm lawyer.  My focus has been on entertainment-related contracts and transactions, but many of the principles that apply there are relevant to a wide variety of business endeavors. Sometimes getting started on a new business venture can be intimidating, and it is important to build such enterprises on a solid, clear and forward-looking foundation.  I am committed to helping my clients start out on the right foot, to conduct their business fairly and intelligently, and to help avoid potential misunderstandings and the lawsuits that can result from them.  My philosophy as an attorney is that it is better to prevent a disaster than to clean one up.
