I hired Alan after a recommendation from my old boss for a vandalism case in LA county due to me and my sisters ex boyfriend getting into a fight and me punching his glass-paned door window trying to hit him. I got a letter from the Van Nuys court house with the charges and gave that letter to Alan a...nd he worked it out better then i planned by me just paying for the ex boyfriends insurance deductible and charges were dropped like they never even happened. Alan had my case handled quickly and very professionally. You might think hes intimidating but that works to his advantage in court but he is truely there for his clients hands down i should of never used another Attorney after using him big mistake. I had Alan Fenster as my hired attorney for my criminal case in Orange County. I had a case that was filed almost a year later and Alan didn’t forget and he would always contact me to remind me and he would let me know what would happen prior to my turn. I had multiple cases misdemeanors in different... courts that he had gotten transferred to one court consolidating it with my felony case from a diff court. I was referred to him and I would not have changed my mind in my decision to appoint him as my attorney. He charges a flat rate once hearing your case details and once looking over the charges. He is sort of intimidating haha but he doesn’t deal with the little details in between and goes straight to the point with the evidence filed against me. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and honestly you can sense the professionalism as well as the comfortable and experienced demeanor he presents himself in court to feel a little relieved from the stressful and complications the case becomes. He is fully aware of what to expect and he is respected by others in the courtroom. He always considered my situation to prolong my case until after I gave birth And he kept the stressful headaches of the case feel like a load off my shoulders considering my case was filed months later. Alan is simply the best. My husband and I contacted Alan after a friend of ours highly reccomended him to us. We had previously seeked for a good lawyer to take my husbands case. No one seemed to want to take it. He had a warrant for 9 years for burglary. The few lawyers we went too said his case was... very "nasty" Alan on the other hand was willing to take it and help us out. He said it wouldn't be easy but he was willing to do his best to help us.
