She is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her work.

Angel does not string you along. She is up front and clear about her intentions. She knows the law and how to apply it. If she takes your case you can rest assured it is in good and caring hands. Brilliant, Skilled, and Trustworthy

I was fortunate to have Angel as my lawyer and have already recommended her to others in my network. She is the real deal and will be straight forward about what she can and cannot do. Angel was also able to include some lightheartedness into our serious attorney-client meetings, which made the jo...urney much more manageable for me. I trusted Angel with helping make specific asks and demands and if it were not for her, I would probably have settled for less, but she was adamant on me not lowballing myself. The law is complicated and legal battles can be messy, but Angel knows the laws and knows how to fight for her clients. She notices the bluffs on opposing counsel and would reaffirm me that she has the situation handled. There were moments where I was overwhelmed and scared, but Angel is truly brilliant and skilled where she was able to navigate any situation. My hope is that I would never be in such a situation again, but if it were to happen, I would definitely call Angel. I am truly grateful for Angel and she has inspired me to always stand for what I believe in and seek support when I need help.

A true client centered attorney

A dedicated professional who not only knows the law but is empathetic to the needs of her clients in a manner that fosters an astute sense of comfort predicated on a determination to do what is in the best interest of the client. Always available with responses that is well thought out and detailed e...nough so that the point of law is preserved with the client's best interest always maintained. Not only are illegal services provided but the client also benefits from an understanding of the law relative to the situation that caused Angel in the clients to interact.

Highly Recommend

I found myself in a negative situation with my employer and while I'm used to handling problems directly, I felt like this time, I was in over my head. I had tried to find an employment attorney to hire, but after speaking to several of them, they indicated that they were only representing employers.... A friend referred me to Ms. Horacek and I couldn't be happier. She was very easy to work with and offered me options throughout the process. I felt like we were a team in solving this "problem" for me, and gave me insights into the process that helped me to understand how it all worked. She also has a very kind manner that is a great thing when you're already really stressed out about the possibility of separating from your job and having the rug pulled out from under you, so to speak. Leaving your job, losing your job, or whatever you situation - it's a very stressful time. But she made it easier for me. I would highly recommend Ms. Horacek to anyone looking for an employment and labor attorney. She will take care of you as her client and help get you to the best outcome possible.
