Highly Recommend

I found myself in a negative situation with my employer and while I'm used to handling problems directly, I felt like this time, I was in over my head. I had tried to find an employment attorney to hire, but after speaking to several of them, they indicated that they were only representing employers.... A friend referred me to Ms. Horacek and I couldn't be happier. She was very easy to work with and offered me options throughout the process. I felt like we were a team in solving this "problem" for me, and gave me insights into the process that helped me to understand how it all worked. She also has a very kind manner that is a great thing when you're already really stressed out about the possibility of separating from your job and having the rug pulled out from under you, so to speak. Leaving your job, losing your job, or whatever you situation - it's a very stressful time. But she made it easier for me. I would highly recommend Ms. Horacek to anyone looking for an employment and labor attorney. She will take care of you as her client and help get you to the best outcome possible.

Excellent Employment Attoryney

As the general manager of a medium-sized consulting firm, I have regular, unpredictable concerns related to employment law. How does the new health care law apply to us? How do I handle a non-performing long-term employee? Is our handbook compliant with current regulations? I just send all of th...ese concerns to Angel, and she comes back to us quickly, with thought-out, simple explanations of the issues as they relate to us, our options, and a recommended course of action. If only all lawyers were this easy to work with!

Very positive experience and results

Angel Horacek helped our family resolve a very tough situation. We were in the middle of downsizing --- selling our house and buying a less expensive one --- when I was suddenly laid off. That threatened to undo our loan and a lot of work and planning to change our lives for the better. The company... was unwilling to meet a couple of key requests that would help us save the deal and make the move. Angel negotiated a good outcome for us, one that we could not have done on our own. Plus, she was wonderful to work with -- she listened to our side of the story, came up with a solid strategy, communicated clearly with us all the way though, and had great advice. She's smart, strong, and we really felt like we had great support in what was a scary situation. Angel really came through, and we recommend her enthusiastically.

Best Employment Attorney in Los Angeles

I want to take a moment to give recognition and say THANK YOU to Angel Horacek for everything she did for me in regards to my employment discrimination case. I never thought I would be in a situation where I would have to seek legal advice, and yet there I was. A friend referred me to Angel and from ...our very first phone conversation I felt hope and support. I was impressed by Angel’s knowledge and ability to explain to me how best to approach my case. My situation was emotionally taxing, and Angel supported me just like a friend would. I appreciate that more than I can say.
