We now accept fewer clients to provide exceptional service. 2. There are fewer court hearings, resulting in less waiting time. 3. I continue to contact clients AFTER HOURS, but have made a point that after-hours should be for urgent questions and answers that are extremely time sensitive and can not wait until the next business day. 4. I now ask clients to put their questions in one email so I can respond even when I'm in court waiting for my clients' cases to be called. Very efficient! Thank you! 5.
