I hired Mr Kharazi to get back my life’s belongings from an apartment in Clovis that was being managed by a drug dealer/abuser. My rights were severely and continuously violated for months, I was evicted and left the premises. My primary concern was to recapture my property. I had exceptional notes a...nd documentation of all my correspondence with Edgewood Apartments including pictures of my possessions inside my apartment. As the case progressed Mr Karazi failed to notify me they were going to auction my belongings before it was done. Then the settlement became the matter of replacement costs - which to me was not replaceable - and personal damage. We settled on an amount ONLY if auctioneers would disclose to me the whereabouts of my possessions to retain them. Long story short - I was not notified of the auction taking place to retain my possessions to end that nightmare, then I was not put in touch with auctioneers who knew where my possessions were - as he loaded them up and took them away. There was no onsite auction. I was not notified of legalities and deadlines taking place until it was too late to act, and misled about the settlement conditions I insisted upon. On top of that, Mr Kharazi’s office took half of the settlement I did receive for NOT really doing anything at all.
