CPS took my son and I'm holding him in my arms again because of Mr. Koohanim. I can only recommend Mr. Koohanim! I was on a tourist visa in America, CPS took my son 2 months before the visa expired. Every lawyer I called, even research on the internet told me that the process to get you...r child back from CPS takes at least 6 months up to 12 months, I remember I couldn’t stop crying! I called over 20 lawyers which said it's a unique case and that they have to do research because they've never had a case like this before, that it will take at least 6 months and I have to try to extend my visa somehow and I'm telling you, that's NOT what you want to hear from a lawyer you trust with your child's life! I called Mr. Koohanim on a Saturday late evening, he took over 1 hour to listen to everything and answered every single question I had, he was patient and kind, calmed me down. I remember his words : "I've had cases like this before, I'm getting the whole case dismissed". Even tough I hired Mr. Koohanim the day before my court date, he managed to be there. I thought it was hopeless, CPS was aggressive, even changing my words in reports that I've never said. In just 3 weeks, Mr. Koohanim managed to get the entire case dismissed and I was able to get my son back and go back to my country. And even though it's all over, he still takes the time to answer my questions. I'm more than grateful for Mr. Koohanim, his number is definitely saved in case CPS ever contacts me again.
