Honest and Fair

Ron is the kind of attorney you want on your side. He was able to successfully fight my case and got me the favorable results I was seeking. Ron has excellent follow-up and always kept me involved and aware of the situation. I would recommend Ron Hedding to anyone facing legal troubles.

Always kept me in the loop! How many lawyers consistently do that?

I had a recent court case on February 17, 2015 and was facing DUI charges with a BAC of .088 (blood) Ron Sr. was able to get an initial wet reckless offering but told me they were going to go for an even better outcome based on their research on my case. After reviewing the police report and MVAR he ...showed up in court and was able to convince the prosecutor to offer me a speed contest!! Needless to say I was extremely happy and grateful. Ron Sr. is a fantastic and caring attorney! I've dealt with lawyers who take your retainer and then seem to suddenly disappear on you. Not these guys. As I mention in my title, he always kept me in the loop, kept me informed and gave me peace of mind without any overpromises. Their fees were extremely reasonable and believe me, I shopped around. It's not fun going through DUI "stuff" and he and his son Ron Jr. (who is another awesome attorney) run a great practice and the whole team there is top notch. Thank You!

Mr. Hedding got my DUI case dismissed

Mr. Ron hedding is really honest and does what he says, he is reliable and trustworthy I had gotten stop for a suspicion of driving under the influence and he was able to get my case dismissed. I really liked how he always promptly returned my phone calls and kept me updated on my case. Great team an...d customer service i would not use anyone else and strongly recommend him.

Hedding Law Firm, Encino, CA Friendly,Professional and Highly Ethical

Ronald W. Hedding was a pleasure to do business with. He is very knowledgeable, always willing to answer my questions and is prompt in returning my calls. Our case went back to 2009 and I needed some information. It was not readily available in the office. Mr Hedding called me back that day and said ...he would have all the information the next day for me and would call me back. He called me first thing in the morning after going to the court house to obtain a copy of the case. He explained everything to me and even sent me a copy of the case for my records. The whole office staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. I would highly recommend Ronald William Hedding to anyone who needs a professional,trustworthy,ethical attorney . If I ever need legal representation it will be with Attorney, Ronald William Hedding. I have dealt with other attorney's and I would call with a question and never receive a call back or never get any update on my case, Very frustrating. You won't find that at Hedding Law Firm. By the way they won my case.

The absolute best!!

I was pulled over for a DUI in November '13. I waited up until the day before my court date to get representation from the Hedding Law Firm. Not only did he accept to represent me, he did it without taking full payment on the quoted price. (He let me pay the remainder of the balance a few weeks lat...er) For it being my first run in with the law and my first experience hiring a lawyer, I was a little nervous about the whole thing, given all the horror stories about terrible lawyers.. I never thought I would be so at ease about the whole process. I was always informed what was going on either via mail or phone call. At no point did I feel Mr. Hedding was lying or telling me what I wanted to hear.. He was honest and straight to the point. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Oh and did I forget to mention that he got my DUI arrest down to an exhibition of speed ticket!!!!
