I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone when I read all the other reviews mentioning how great this guy is at communicating with clients. I did not have that experience. In fact, I cannot get him to respond to me at all. I am not rude, and I have been very patient. I paid him $2500 in February 2019 to ...expunge a case for me, and he pretty much took the money and ran. I am extremely low income, and it was difficult for me to scrape together the money to pay him all at once. Naturally, I was anxious about what was going on with my case. I would send him a casual email, and he would get mad at me for emailing him "too late." I wasn't texting or calling! That was very weird. Don't check your email, then! Seriously. He told me he would file the paperwork and I needed to "wait a few months." OK. When I contacted him again after a few months, he told me that the information regarding my case should be available publicly. OK. So, you're not going to tell me what the outcome was?! I didn't realize it was a "do it yourself" experience. I've never known someone to talk down to me like that for no reason. I felt very intimidated by him, and he acted like I was asking him to go above and beyond the call of duty. I wasn't asking for special treatment; just don't jerk me around. Amazingly, I managed to find out some preliminary information about my case online at the Court's website; he wouldn't tell me anything. Unfortunately though, the Court's system is set up to let you do one search for free, and after that, you get redirected to a site that asks you to pay to access the information. When I asked Brian to please tell me what happened with my case, he told me TO LOOK IT UP ONLINE. WTF?! I explained to him that I could no longer access the information for free, and he said WHY WOULD YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION BEFORE, BUT YOU'RE NOT NOW? Why are we even having this discussion?! Just tell me WTF happened with my case! Why argue with me?! Honestly, I spent hours and hours going around in circles, doing internet searches and creating different accounts at various sites, in an attempt to find out what happened with my case. It infuriates me that I even did all that. I shouldn't have to do that. I told him that I wanted to put closure on this issue, and to please update me on the status of my case. He said he had been OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND HE WOULD PUT THIS ON HIS LIST OF THINGS TO DO. Gee, I feel important. I never heard back. I am so disgusted by the unprofessional way I have been treated. I have not been rude to him. I never called late at night or repeatedly. In fact, I only spoke with him maybe twice. I work hard for my money, and this was not a good investment. I will have to hire someone else to do the work he should have done. I view the reviews here with suspicion.

Brian was extremely helpful throughout the entire expungement filing procedure for my Reckless Driving charge. He explained the process and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work - the most competitive quote I received from all the attorneys I requested quotes from, since he included the filing... fee in his price. He filed the paperwork promptly and was very easy to get in touch with and communicate with during the filing period. I was able to text and call him for any questions I had and received quick responses. It should also be noted that my motion for dismissal was granted, so thank you Brian!

I would Definitely suggest Brian as a lawyer! My boyfriend has a serious case and before he reviewed my case he saw how badly I was taken advantage of from my previous lawyer in which I paid a lot of money and nothing was done for my boyfriends case. Brian stepped in and helped me try and get my mone...y back from my lawyer without me having to ask him. I never once asked for the help but he was so badly wanted to help me and take my boyfriends case becasue of the misleading of previous counsel. I would suggest him to anyone!! He will definitely make sure you are well taken care and he also is the best communicator!!
