Can't recommend Evan enough

Evan is quite possibly the best attorney I have ever met. He was thorough, reliable, honest, and caring. He helped keep me calm and relaxed during what was an extremely stressful time. My divorce was fast and efficient because of Evan's hard work and dedication. I wasn't just a paycheck to Evan, I wa...s a person and no matter what time I called, Evan answered. Evan is a straight shooter and although he may tell you things you don't want to hear, they are things that you NEED to hear and trust me, you will be better off because of it. I can't recommend Evan enough. If all lawyers were like Evan, the world would be a much better place.

Respected Legal Counsel, positive outcome

Evan made sure the important outcomes of my divorce were kept in perspective. Decency, avoiding a long drawn out trial, and respect. All of these aspects were well taken care of. He even made sure that the divorce proceedings were not unfair while I was deployed for 8 months. I can't thank E...van enough for turning a bad situation into a positive outcome.

Grateful for Evan

I hired Evan after my divorce had been final but my ex-husband decided to take me back to court and open it all up again. We had done collaborative the first time, so this was our first time in court. Evan did an excellent job preparing me for court - which I was terrified of - and supporting me th...rough the process. He was outstanding in the courtroom - we won everything that day. Due to situations beyond our control - an modified agreement was not reached for another 2 years. Even though the process was long and drawn out, Evan did his job well and kept the eye on the ball. He pushed when appropriate and gave in when appropriate. He is honest, fair and clear to work with - even when things were frustrating. I trusted him. He helped me see the big picture and focus on what was important. I've recommended Evan to two other friends who have used him and loved him. He is a fantastic attorney. Choose him and you WILL be thankful.

Honest, loyal and fair

As a recent client of Evan Braunstein, I found him to be honest, loyal and fair. Throughout the divorce process, he provided me with hope and relief, creating a sense of calm and order through a confusing, painful time (divorce). He made himself available, especially when it really counted. He pro...vided clarity and recommended alternative options that I had not considered or even thought of – for my benefit and the benefit of my children. Sometimes, as sure as I was “right” about a request that I had, he would show me that it may not be in my best interest. He also stepped outside of his comfort zone a few times, when I needed him to do so. I am much happier now that the divorce is behind me - and I have him to thank for that.

very trustworthy

I just got off the phone with ESB and I can't believe how smart, professional, and honest this attorney is!! My case is a bit different with a lot of non-family law issues in it, and Braunstein was so clear and nice. He even referred me to another legal office that in his opinion will be more capab...le of handling all the matters related to the divorce. How honest and trustworthy of him! Most attorneys would have milked it, as an opportunity to rip me off, right?! Thank you Braunstein! Very impressive indeed! ~ AnneD.
