was right on the ball with answer

very understanding and right on the ball with your answer back. needed advice on neighbor making his back yard higher than mine and now i have an ice-skating rink in my back yard and i never had this trouble till he bought the house and took my drainage out from his back yard

Very generous with his time

Matt responded quickly to my inquiry and provided some very valuable guidance--without charging me a penny. His advice was not to proceed with an action, and he carefully explained why. Other attorneys would have charged me $300-$500 to tell me the same. Seems to really care about people.

ADA claim

Mr. Bryant defended a claim against one of our real estate holdings. This required knowledge of both ada law and insurance. He started by reviewing our insurance policies and requiring the insurance company to acknowledge coverage. Next he reviewed our lease and transferred responsibility to the tenant. At the same time he provided information to the tenant attorney so that an acceptable settlement could be reached. Ultimately we were released from the claim with no expenditure. He was highly professional and I would recommend.

The BEST out there !

I was so lucky to have found Matt. I first called Matt needing a consult and I received way more than a consult surprisingly. He spent a lot of time listening to my situation while asking me questions and I even heard him typing notes while we discussed the matter. He gave me incredible advice while speaking to me in layman's terms as opposed to those attorneys who can be very condescending. I even asked him for his personal opinion off the record and he provided me with that as well. What an incredible experience with such a knowledgeable man. I hope I won't need an attorney in the near future but if so I know the A+++ attorney I will be hiring. Thank you so very much.

A ram in a bush.

What can't I say about Matt? Smart, Resourceful, Personable

I have never before encountered a more thoughtful, caring, and generous attorney.

I recently reached out to Mr. Bryant in regards to a potential Breach of Employment Contract case. I wanted to know if I had a leg to stand on, and what my possible damages could be. To say that he went above and beyond would be a monumental understatement. The amount of time, thoughtfulness, and effort that he clearly put into his interactions with me were clear from our very first conversation. His bedside manner is exceptional. When you are speaking with Mr. Bryant, you feel that he cares about you not only as a client but as a person. It is clear that Mr. Bryant is a compassionate man and understands how stressful and frustrating the legal process can be for the average person. To illustrate just how above-and-beyond he went for me, he was answering my emails and returning my calls while he was out of the state on vacation. Excellent professional

Matthew Bryant represented me twice in the last several years and has earned my trust and gratitude for his skills and determination to do his utmost for his clients. I was stunned to be named in a frivolous lawsuit meant to harass and avoid payment. Matthew consistently offered excellent advice while guiding me through the complexities of the process until the case was ultimately dismissed. He made himself available and patiently reassured me about the likely outcome. Matthew also represented me in a contractual matter. Due to the crisis in New York, and in my industry, I recently had to terminate my office lease. Matthew negotiated the agreement in a manner that was advantageous to me and respectful to both parties.

Patient, Hardworking and Strong

I came in contact with Mr Bryant through Avvo. He was extremely diligent in answering my question in a 15 min session facilitated by Avvo. I was impressed by his professional advice and ended up hiring him even though we had never met in person. He is extremely efficient working through emails and phone calls. Through out our communication, he has been very patient and understanding. He worked out all the details meticulously, and built a strong case which helped reach our target goal sooner than expected. A local attorney I contacted had given me an estimate of around 10k in legal expenses. On the contrary, Mr Bryant understood my financial hardship, and offered his services at very reasonable rate. I would give 10/10 for efficient communication and commitment to satisfactory resolution for client.
