International law

I hired Joubin to aide me with a complicated transactional matter with a company in Dubai. In a duration of 4 days he was able to gather enough information and effective proof within very complex international contractual laws, to basically dissolve the case - and by dissolve I don't just mean a reso...lution but such an effective succinct response that within 4 days a rather welll known and extremely well known firm dropped the case .

very happy with Eikon Law setting up my LLC and helping me throughout the full process (name trademark, business licenses, etc). Very repsonsive and knowledgeable. Very much recommended!

H-2A Tempory Agricultural Worker Program

The H-2A program is a very complex, detail specific process. Quite often, the process required direct interaction with Federal agencies with critical filing timelines. H2A work visa

I was helping a friend from Serbia obtain a visa to work as a beekeeper in Fillmore California. Not too many lawyers are willing to take on a H2A case since it is extremely complicated and attention to details are of most importance. I choose to offer the case to Mr Sedgh not because I read his rev...iews but because he was practically the only lawyer who would take an H2A and charge a reasonable price. We were so happy he accepted to work with us especially since I had a good feeling that he understood that with this work visa he would be helping chang Dusan's life. It was a long process and we had so man questions and doubts but Joubin was always reachable and was quick to answer our emails. We couldn't have chosen a better lawyer. Extremely professional, kind and patient with us. Dusan loves his job and is doing great!

Highly recommend
