I practice family law - divorces, domestic partnerships, custody, support , and pre-nuptial agreements. I also have special knowledge in the area of Jewish family law, and recently made substantial contributions to the California prenuptial agreement materials published by the Beth Din of America - .
I have lived in Los Angeles county since 1998. Prior to that time, I lived in Massachusetts. I grew up in Cambridge and attended Smith College in the western part of the state. I spent my first year of law school at Cardozo in New York City, and then followed the sun to Los Angeles and finished my legal education at Loyola of Los Angeles Law School.

Lawyer and lawyer
This lawyer is a lying woman who gives false testimony in court and has no fear of God at all. I beg you not to go to this lawyer at all. Her price may be cheap, but it is in your best interest to never lie in court.

Replied last November 25, 2024The poster of this comment was never my client, and she never consulted with me. Rather, she was the opposing party in a restraining order case, and she is angry because she lost. I have never done anything to personally attack her; in fact, at her request, I did not show photographs of her in court that were embarrassing to her. I did not lie to the Court, and my obligation is to zealously represent my client, not help the other side win. She has posted against me on other websites, so I know exactly who she is and that she simply cannot let go of the matter.

Excellent attorney with great character
Francesca is a knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney. She is very smart and uses her time very productively. She always had my best interest in mind and worked really hard for me as a client. I was very impressed with her understanding of the law and her ability to make a great case in court.

Handled my case with aplomb
My divorce case was taken over by Ms. Brotman-Orner during a change in her law firm (death of the partner) and was seamless and helpful. Very courteous and very thoughtful.
