Michael Eric Kraut

I don't have enough words to praise Michael Kraut. I was accused of a White Collar complicated crime in Los Angeles. I felt paralyzed and without hope with the "allegations" and "fabrications" throw at me. After discussing my situation with several Lawyers and 5 days prior to my Indictment, I go...t in touch with Michael Kraut. He was firm, very personable and took the time to hear my side of the story. Thanks to Mr. Kraut's excellent reputation with Law Enforcement he was able to obtain time to prepare my defense. He was always available for me in the phone, thru the ups and downs of the case. He was able to show real facts to Authorities instead of fabricated speculation and obtained a Full Dismissal of the case without even getting to Court. Michael gave me back my life and I proudly recommend him to anyone in need of a strong Defense.

I was up on burglary charges and started to think I had no hope. Then I met Mike Kraut. There aren't enough words I can say about what a great lawyer and a great person Mike Kraut is. I had hired another lawyer prior to Mike Kraut, only to find that not all lawyers are created equal. My first law...yer took my money, and I barely saw or heard from him. I followed his guidance verbatim, and he was able to get my case all the way down to a misdemeanor. I am confident if I had contacted him in the first place, I wouldn't even have the misdemeanor. He gave me my life back, and even gave me a new frame of mind. I am a better person for knowing Mike Kraut. I would entrust anyone with his expertise, knowledge, and above all, compassion. I will recommend him with pride and confidence. Just a side note, he was a very well respected DA, and when he walked in the courtroom, he was greeted with smiles and old stories. You can't get any better defense than that. Even the judge knew who he was and you could tell there was a lot of respect there. I cannot recommend Mike Kraut enough, and please don't waste money on a lawyer who will tell you what you want to hear until you pay him, then give you minimal support. Trust the best, trust the person who loves helping people and loves what he does. Trust Mike Kraut.

When I received my DUI, I was just 21. It happened in May 2013 and I had only been in LA for 2 weeks. I was arrested in Beverly Hills and taken to their jail for the night. Luckily, my parents are out here as well and my dad had been told to hire Mike Kraut as my attorney. Immediately after my da...d called him, he spoke to the Beverly Hills jail and I was actually released earlier than I was supposed to be. Might I add that my BAC was very high. More than 3x the legal limit, so I basically thought I was screwed even worse. Right after my parents got me out of jail, we went to Kraut Law Offices. We sat down, and Mike made me feel at ease. I walked away with only having to complete my 3 month alc. program as well as a few handful of AA's. I was extremely stressed out and nervous throughout this process. I was constantly worried. Sometimes couldn't even sleep! I would constantly email and call Mike asking him a million questions, and he always got back to me. Keep in mind he is a very busy man so if he doesn't email back right away, he will! Don't worry. Thank you so much, Mike! This man is a Life saver.

The day that I most want to forget happened this summer in my own home as police arrested me for possession of narcotics and 2 misdemeanors. I had never been arrested before and didn't know where to turn. I became depressed, stressed, and felt like scum of the earth. I searched the internet and ...went to AVVO review of lawyers and saw Mike Kraut with glowing reviews. I then consulted with some personal friends about lawyers and rolled the dice with Kraut because something felt right. The first being he picked up the phone himself on a Saturday and got me right in. I expected an answering system for monday but not him. Well my gut was right as Mike was able to get all charges DISMISSED. My life is finally back to normal and I can rest easy and I owe it to him. Do yourself a favor, dont look. I'm sure there are very good lawyers out there but make the call and know you got a heavy weight boxer in your corner and this is like Tyson in his prime.

I was pulled over in the City of Orange in 2007 and charged with a DUI. Because all the notices were sent to a wrong address I could not respond to the charges and I thought they were dismissed since I don’t have a valid CA driver’s license and my immigration status is questionable. In May of 2013 I... was pulled over again and the DUI charge came up. I was sent court summons and told that I will go to jail for 60 days for the DUI and for not responding to the court summons.
