I found myself on the wrong side of the law in September 2019. A situation turned horribly wrong and I found myself being charged with a felony offense. Never being in this situation, I did what anyone would start doing. I started calling attorneys. Attorney after Attorney explained to me that t...his was going to be a long process. Years potentially to resolve. And that was just the way it is. That I was probably going to lose rights among other things. I called Michael's office and he answered and told me to immediately come down. I live out of state and was not able. I left the state and continued to call other attorneys. Cost was a concern. Something i have difficulty doing but ultimately did. Let me tell you and anyone reading this, They delivered!!! I hope this review helps anyone in the event they need a great team in their corner. Michael and his team were able to completely have my case dismissed. I am not saying they are able to do this for everyone, but I can say that they will do their best and work for their clients. I am beyond glad that I made the choice to hire Michael and his team. They are true professionals and I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Excellent Victory: Mr. Kraut does exactly what you expect of a lawyer. He answers calls, emails, and text messages. He and his staff reads the entire case file and provides you with a written evaluation, very soon after you hire him. Believe me, many attorneys don't. He is raiser sharp and focuses ...on the issues that matter. He won my case at the preliminary hearing stag. He was an outstanding cross-examiner. I was in a very sticky situation. 3rd DUI, where I rear-ended someone on the freeway driving my fathers car and caused two separate cars to wreck due to my initial crash. Yes, I still have to do an 18 month DUI program, have a breathalyzer, have a restricted license and owe court fees...but those are privileges that I am able to partake in, considering I could have been dead or still in jail. A 3rd DUI caused me to take a hard look at myself and where my life was heading but I cannot be thankful enough for The Kraut Law Group for making this traumatic life event much easier than it would have been had I not given them a ring.
