I was very fortunate to have Michael Kraut as my lawyer. Michael Kraut is an outstanding criminal defense lawyer. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone I felt a sense of comfort and relief. Michael Kraut is capable of working wonders. I had a stupid lapse in judgment that led to the Burbank DA pressing charges against me. Upon receiving the letter stating the charges i was immediately sent into a state of panic. I couldn't believe that i had possibly ruined my life over a few seconds of... stupidity. With a court date approaching quickly, i started searching for help. After much time i decided to call Michael Kraut. When i called i was shocked that he actually answered the phone (i thought someone from his office was going to pick up). Let me start by saying that I am a 19 year old Non-US citizen. When I was charged with PC 242 Battery in Hollywood in early 2010 I was absolutely terrified. In Dec09, my employer accused me of embezzling a few thousand dollars & I was arrested, booked &charged w/a felony. In all of my 30-something years, my biggest run in with the law was a speeding ticket and I had NO IDEA how to handle a FELONY!
