I hold Mike, his ethics, credentials, experience, knowledge, kindness, and skills in the courtroom in such high regard that I hardly know where to begin. I was arrested for shoplifting in one of the big box stores in Burbank, California. I was charged and booked with felony theft. Never felt more terrified in my life. I received a call one morning from an unfamiliar phone number. It was my son , telling me he had been arrested.He was accused of fracturing the arm of his son's mother.She was transported to the hospital and he was brought to the Pico Rivera Sheriff's Station. The charges were domestic violence, a f...elony. I was in shock, asking the obvious question how could this happen? When I received my second DUI in California, I thought my life was over. At the time, things were going great for me within my career, and I was certain this incident would destroy everything I worked so hard to achieve. The night of my DUI, I was out drinking with colleagues at a local Los Angeles b...ar. Like so many times before, I thought that I would be ok to drive after several drinks. I left my work buddies at about mid-night; very drunk, got into my car and headed home. I made it about 2 miles before I had fallen asleep at the wheel doing over 70 miles per hour, and crashed my vehicle on 101 freeway in Los Angeles into the right lane guardrail. After I was released from the jail, it took me over a day to understand what really happened. I was so afraid of all the “what if’s” from what may happen to my life as a result of this DUI and accident that I could not function. This result is great for a first time offense, let alone a second offense with a car accident where the vehicle was totaled. I have to say, I was very nervous about everything up until today, but now I am very confident in referring Michael Kraut to anyone going through anything like I did. He will get you the results you need to keep a normal life.
