I was pulled over for a DUI back in May; my first and definitely my only time. Like many I thought I did fine on the field tests, but blew a .97 on the hand-held device and then a .08 at the station. I was so angry, borderline on the legal limit and all from a stupid mistake; I thought I didn’t deser...ve something like this. I was extremely scared to have this stick to my record. I don’t do things like this it was just a small decision that turned out to be a major mistake. I did a lot of online research to find the right lawyer and came to this site and read pretty much all the DUI related reviews. Being an innocent person yet investigated for a potential white collar crime was the most harrowing experience that ever happened in my life. Having spotless records in my personal and professional life, a potential criminal charge and a conviction with possible prison time would have devastating imp...acts on my career and family life. My family and I lived an extremely stressful life for over 6 months not knowing what could happen the next day as the outcome of the investigation. Michael Kraut is an amazing lawyer and even more an amazing human being he and his team helped me through a really difficult time in my life. He was able to help me by bringing down the charges making sure I would not have to register as a sex offender no jail time an minimal fines, he was able to make most of the charges go away and lower the two that were left and in the end have the possibility of the charges ex sponged from my record (as long as I follow the courts orders and not get in any trouble). His concern for me and my anguish were genuine and came from a real place I was so impressed by his skills and his knowledge of the law and of people. I can never repay Him for his time, efforts, and his professionalism, they were priceless to me, and for allowing me a second chance at life. Early this year, I was arrested unexpectedly for a misdemeanor DUI. I only had a few drinks, and did not think much of it, as I drove home.
