I learned about Kraut Law firm through web when I was really desperate to find somebody help me out about my DUI arrest. My experience turned out to be wonderful and hard to believe. I was arrested on Labor Day weekend driving back home from a wedding ceremony while I had my 8 year old nephew on boar...d. After giving the breathalyzer test I was over borderline and as a healthcare professional I had my professional license in jeopardy with possible DUI conviction. So I hired Kraut team and requested for their expertise to either drop the case or lower my penalties due to the accident. Firstly, I want to thank Mr.Kraut and his incredible colleagues/assistants for the hard work and time they put into my case. A couple months ago, I went through a DUI checkpoint after having dinner and a couple drinks with my girlfriend. What we thought was a supposed to be a calm, relaxed evening..., turned into an absolute mess. Naturally, we get stopped at a DUI checkpoint and asked to pull over the car so I could do a sobriety check test. We did all the ridiculous tests, eye following the finger, balance,"what time is it?", etc. I can not press enough that I was confident in my sobriety coming out of our dinner. I know well enough that this does not matter when it comes down to the exact alcohol level tested when doing a breathalyzer, however, with that being said, it was clear that the police officers were being very manipulative and giving no other option. I ended up blowing 0.12... This results in an arrest, along side the many others that they had pulled over that evening, and about 8 hours of jail time. Michael Kraut was reffered to me by a friend who was a previous happy client of his. I reached out the following day and felt comfortable with the information he provided me on how he could help my case. I made several other phone calls to other lawyers as well before deciding that Mr.Kraut was the best fit. Him and his whole team provided me with every detail of my case as it went on and responded to every email/phone call in a timely manner. Nobody is guaranteed from arrests and convictions for right or wrong reasons. Fortunately some attorneys as Michael Kraut stop their DA and prosecuting career of convicting people and go to the other side to protect them from convictions. While Michael Kraut had amazing results with all these patrons... posting these rave reviews, I consider mine one of the best results he has got. My case was merely rejected! Gone! Nada! Nyet! Chka! Nix1 It is now like nothing happened. As soon as I called Michael Kraut he made sure to meet me the very same day and stayed late in the office to work on the case. Then immediately my problems were revealed via direct contact to the courthouse. The police do not have obligation to conduct thorough investigation prior to arrest, neither they have licenses or qualification for doing that. This is left to higher legal professionals -- prosecution and defense. Luckily in this country prior to case going to them there is another stage - initial research! So this is when we prove that no need to even go to prosecution and defense. Unfortunately, there are tons of mediocre and bad lawyers who cause problems at this and other stages. As soon as they pass their bar exams which is very hard to do it seems now they have so many cases and so many high-paying jobs that they do not have to perform good or even fair to make lots of money and good living. Barriers to entry creates problems for many. By constitution you have to have an adequate legal representation but not proper. As long as your lawyer comes with you to court and just glances papers even without reading and does not say you have a DUI case while in reality you have another, or does not go and tell bunch of people you are guilty then that's fine, even he may be drunk all the time and not do any work. This is considered to be adequate representation by law. Many people think as long as they are offered a public defendant, then that should be way to go. Sure, that should be way to go to prison and wear orange even if you are not guilty. Remember, it is up to you to prove you are innocent. If you cannot do it properly, then go to jail even if you did nothing illegal. Michael Kraut on the other hand works tirelessly and passionately to protect those who applied to him. He has been on he other side while convicting people, and now is protecting them. I cannot imagine a better representation than Kraut Law Group and Michael Kraut. True life saver! I committed an act that was not a DUI but can ruin families and careers. When I called Michael Kraut I was scared and breaking down.It was my first time ever being arrested.  He told me to meet him and would not discuss it over the phone, this showed he cares about the people in the case and not just... the fees. We talked and he felt he was going to represent me. I honestly let him know I couldn't afford an attorney of his caliber....he responded with setting me up on monthly payments. This allowed me to live and work and have an elite criminal defense attorney represent me. He showed up in court and I never had to miss work. He contacted me through email and phone. Keeping me up to speed. He asked for things from me that I wonder why at the time, but this man was at work doing what he does best. My case was at a courthouse most attorneys said was very difficult as they were severe towards offenders.
