Biography
I have been practicing law since 1995. I have spent much of my time helping fathers who are in arrears with their child support payments. Many of them have had their wages garnished, drivers' licenses suspended or levies on their bank accounts. I help get their lives back on track by placing them on a reasonable payment plan and releasing their driver's and professional licenses so that they can continue living a normal life. I can also help modify your support payments and reverse some of the judgments made against you if there is a basis for it. At times clients are charged with a misdemeanor for non-payment of child support for which we also help resolve their cases in order not to plead to a misdemeanor charge.
Many of our clients are out of state clients whom we end up representing without them ever traveling to Los Angeles. This saves clients a great deal of time and money and that is one of the reasons that I built a very informative website for them so that they can learn about me and how I can help them.
We also help retrieve licenses for clients who have suspended licenses due to either non-payment of a ticket or tickets, too many points on their driver's licenses, hold on their license or warrants out for their arrest for neglecting a ticket. We are 98% successful in getting these client's their licenses back which is crutial especially in LA. We handle all tickets and cases from beginning to end with no appearances necessary by the client. This saves our clients a great deal of time by not standing in long line or waiting in the courtrooms.
I also help commercial driver's licensees with their tickets by either attemtpting to dismiss or to lower their tickets to a no-point violation since the option of traffic school is not available to them.
Our firm also handles a great number of DUI case with best results in addition to all misdemeanor and felony criminal charges as well as personhal Injury and accident case.

only interested in money
Had a consultation with her, acted disinterested. Did not read anything I had given her. Her first question was, how much do you make? During her 30 minute consultation for which she charged me $150, she repeated the same thing over and over and over again. Not very compassionate or caring. Not sure...

Replied last March 28, 2018Unfortunately many of my poor reviews such as yourself come from consultations only and people whom I never represented and specifically from those who do like to hear what I have to tell them at the consultation. You came to me about one major concern for your case to which unfortunately the law in my opinion does not give you a remedy for. You kept asking me the same question over and over again and therefore I ended up responding to the same question over and over again. I even specifically asked if you wanted to discuss the other aspects of your case and you said no and that your main concern was the issue we had already discussed repeatedly. I'm sorry you did not like what I told you at the consult but in my opinion honesty makes one a better attorney than another who may give false promises or sugar coat the case only to get retained. And I believe this is the exact reason I have all the positive reviews by people whom I actually represented. I will place your $150 consult fee back in the mail for you but only as a courtesy since you were a referral through a good friend/client of mine. Thank you and best wishes.
