Case dismissed!

100/10 Elena got my case dismissed. Super easy and she did a great job. Didnt even have to show up for court.

Elena is Amazing!!!

Elena was amazing!! She not only got my misdemeanor reduced to a ticket, but she also had all fines dismissed as well! Throughout the entire process, Elena was excellent at communication, reassurance, and promptly let me know what she needed from me. Even in the face of a global pandemic, Elena maint...ained progress and professionalism with my case. I will absolutely be using Elena for any future defense needs and would recommend her to any friends or family needing assistance.

Mistaken identity

First and foremost I want to say that Miss Elena is such a amazing attorney. My case began when I applied for a job and the background results came back for a crime that I didn’t do. I called the court house and it turned out I had a warrant out for my arrest. I began researching attorneys and came a...cross Elena. I gave her a call and she quickly decided to take my case. For two months we were gathering and preparing documentation to clear this whole mess up. I’ve had so many questions and Miss Elena was very professional and answered each and every single one. She answered all of my calls, and went beyond to clear it up. My case was dismissed and I couldn’t have been happier with Miss Elena’s services. Thank you sooo much Miss Elena.

My Daughter is Moving Forward :)

My daughter's DUI & failure to appear, $5,000 Bench Warrant from 2005 was a dark shadow of her brief stay in So. Calif. Now living on the east coast, she wanted to get her life squared away and move forward. I found Atty Elena on the AVVO site and after going through some of her client's reviews,... did an initial consult after which, my daughter and I chose Elena as our legal counsel. That was January 2016. three months later, Elena's associate, Randy was able to get the Bench Warrant squashed. However, the LA Airport judge was very unhappy that my daughter had not contacted the court for more than 10 years and ordered her to appear in-person May 8th. With the Bench Warrant squashed, my daughter was able to get a driver's license so she could fly to LA. She asked if I'd come with her, of course I went with her. Being in court that day and observing the preceding cases coming before the court, the judge was having an off day with so many people coming before her totally unprepared. By the time my daughter's case came up, the judge wanted to mandate a jail sentence of 10 days for every year the case had been open. Randy had a report with the LA City Atty and was able to get her sentence reduced to 45 days, with the notation that it was not very likely she;d serve the entire 45 days. There were promises though! she agreed and would surrender after the weekend. My daughter, her uncle and I went with her early Monday morning. Atty Elena was there with a final attempt to negotiate a better deal. To no avail, the court reviewed the 45 day sentence and my daughter was whisked into custody after we hugged her good bye. The good part of this situation is that, when she's done, the case will be closed with no probation, fines, etc. I returned to home to Wisconsin. Needless to say, the "Dad" aka me, was feeling really helpless even with the assurance of Atty Elena. After two days, May 12th (My birthday), I got a call from my daughter that she was out and to please call her uncle. Prayers answered! I am very grateful to Atty's Elena and Randy for their professionalism and personal attention to my daughter's DUI case. Thank you Ms Elena and Randy, Sincerely, Duvie and JD

The Best!!!

Elena Mebtahi was the best. I retained Ms. Mebtahi to take care of an eight year old misdemeanor traffic case that had turned into an arrest warrant. This was a California case and I had since moved to the east coast. She informed me that she would try to recall the warrant without my being presen...t. This is EXACTLY what she did. Not only did she recall the warrant, but she also got the case dismissed!!! Everything went smoothly; the communication between myself and Ms.Mebtahi was clear and understanding. I highly recommend Elena Mebtahi to anybody who is in need of an attorney.
