Biography
After attending the prestigious George Washington University Law School, Mr. Skalsky honed his Trial and Appellate skills as an Assistant Prosecutor. He is a multi-year graduate of the Department of Justice's Trial advocacy Program. Mr. Skalsky's extensive trial and motion experience prepared him well for the rigors of a robust expungement practice.
He has been a petitioner at every level of the appellate process in both the Federal and State courts. A stalwart defender of the Constitution, Mr. Skalsky is a firm believer that the laws exist to protect the accused. His Appellate skills allow him to stand in the gap between the nearly limitless resources of the government and his clients.

Helped me out a lot
Mr. Skalsky is very knowledable and approachable. He was able to get a DUI reduced to an Exhibition of Speed and also was able to reduce a $2,000 court fine down to $260. He is down to Earth and answers all questions without being condescending. Very professional. Would recommend highly.
