Effective injury representation

I was rear-ended while stopped at a light. I had a headache from the impact but after exchanging information, I was able to drive away and considered myself very lucky... Tried to shake it off but in additional to headaches, the dull aches and pains in my back refused to heal, and then a few weeks a...fter the accident, I was informed by the insurance company that my car was being declared 'a total loss'. The other party had admitted fault but I was unable to afford proper treatment or even a comprehensive exam since I had no health insurance, was unable to work, and had limited cash. I had still not retained a lawyer since I'd had a bad experience in the past. Unable to cope, I finally started calling lawyers and that led me to Nick. I am so glad I found him. He immediately got me checked out by a legit doctor who set me up with effective treatment for my spinal injury. When it came time to settle he was able to secure a settlement that was many times more than I had expected. Nick was efficient and personable, great to have in my corner during a very difficult time.

Truly honest and hard working gentlemen.

Nicks firm handled an accident for me and did an amazing job. The firm always made themselves available and treated me first class. This firm is definately trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them...

Amazing Attorney

I was in a very serious automobile/pedestrian accident. I was hurt quite badly and had no idea where to go for legal help. I was referred to the law firm of Movagar & Yamin. Nick was incredible from the very first meeting to the last. He communicated with me on everything, was concerned with w...hat was most important to me, was scrupulously honest and was sincere about helping me through this difficult time. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and the results of the case. He was so effective and got me the maximum settlement. If ever I had a need for a personal injury attorney again, I would immediately go to Movagar & Yamin. I give them the highest of recommendations.

Simply the Best!!!

I couldn't ask for a better lawyer than Nick Movagar. During our first conversation, his main focus was getting me the proper medical treatment that I needed. I was already so frustrated with trying to deal with the insurance companies on my own, I didn't even want to peruse further treatment. Howeve...r, after listening to Nick, I saw a back specialist and learned my injury from the car accident was more serious than I thought and I then sought the treatment and therapy that I needed. Nick also took over all dealings with the insurance companies and kept me informed every step of the process. I couldn't believe I tried to deal with them on my own, because they tried to take advantage of my ignorance of the legal process. Nick went to bat for me and managed to negotiate a great settlement. He truly cares about his clients and I would give him the highest recommendation for anyone in a similar situation. Out of 10, I would rank Nick an 11! Thanks again!!!!!
