Nick took on my car accident case 2 months before my SOL and got amazing results

I had worked with 3 personal injury attorneys before, and no one was as effective or diligent as Nick. I was referred to Mr. Movagar 2 months before my statute of limitations, and was constantly surprised at how responsive and knowledgeable he was. Nick made himself available and accessible at all ti...mes; he even gave his personal cell to contact him with any urgent questions regarding my case. He responded to my emails within the hour, answered all my calls and questions, and kept me informed on the status of my case via email (my preferred method of communication). He even responded during the weekend! I would also like to note that I was out of state the entire time, but Nick handled my case and the communication wonderfully to the point that I was never worried. He is a talented and effective communicator. He has the ability to translate all the legal jargon into layman's terms and the patience to go over any of the subject matter as many times as you ask. His priority is for you to be informed about your case, and for you to have the best results from your case. He will support your decisions on your case, even if it may require more work on his side. He doesn't deter you from having control over your case. Nick is also very respectful when addressing you and your concerns. My auto accident settlement was of a smaller nature, but Nick never prioritized me by the size of my case. Despite taking my case on at a very late time, Nick was able to do amazing damage control and got me a wonderful result/settlement really quickly. He really works for your best interest. For example, Nick did not assert a lien on the original settlement the insurance company offered me because he noticed that I was a struggling, young mother. He was legally entitled to that portion, yet he gave that up to help me and my daughter out. Instead, he brilliantly negotiated a higher settlement. He has been kind enough to advise me on other legal matters surrounding this auto accident case as well. Nick is reliable, trustworthy, ethical, and well-versed in legal matters. He is a phenomenal attorney and an incredible person. I would recommend him to everyone. I feel very blessed to have worked with him.

Great attorney.

Nick kept me abreast of the legal and medical aspect of the case and communicated with me until the case was settled. I highly recommend Nick for personal injury cases. We both kept an open line of communications and he was vested in my recover from the accident and being make whole again. I hope ...that I never have another accident, but I know who to call if one occurs. Great job, Nick!!! Thanks, for all your help.

Excellent Lawyer

Mr. Movaghar is by far a very well trusted lawyer that looks out for your well being and can carry out your case to receive the best outcome out of it. He always kept me well informed and was always accessible to my questions or concerns. His best interest is for his clients to always know what is go...ing on and to feel comfortable with what is best for your case. He also makes it relatively easy for your doctors appointments. My experience with him was superb as he always made me feel comfortable, kept me well informed, and never encouraged me to do anything I was not Ok with. He fights until the end to give you the maximum outcome as he is very knowledgeable and carries himself out as very experienced and professional. I am very thankful that I hired him. He met and went beyond my expectations.
