Josh Marcuson

I had a head on collision on my bike, it was traumatic. At moments like that you realize that things are going to be bad, life is going to be difficult, everything is a struggle and you're on your own. Then I talked to Josh and that all changed. I had a team on my side, I felt looked after, I was ref...erred to the right doctors for the right treatment. Josh and his team are professional, personal, they talk straight and are on top of every detail. They are great people who are really good at what they do. They got me a settlement that covered my losses and took care of everything. They turned a bad moment into hiccup. I'm back on my bike and back to normal. I have and always will refer Josh Cohen as the go to guy. I really can't speak highly enough about Josh and his team. If you're looking for someone, you just found him. Thanks again for everything Josh.

Special Thanks for the Entire Cohen Team

Josh and his entire team were amazing. I was involved in a horrible Vehicle vs. Bicycle accident and received a his brochure while in the hospital. I immediately gave him a call. Him and his assistant Polo arrived at my bedside without delay and was very attentive. They guided me every step of the wa...y with referrals to outpatient rehabilitation centers, therapy, and much more. They are the epitome of professional. I cannot speak on anyone else's case, but my case was very complex and him and his crew were able to straddle the hurdles which ultimately led to a positive conclusion. Five stars is not enough for the amount of hard work and effort they put in my case. Thanks goes out to the entire Cohen and Cohen team, including the new members. You guys make me feel like family.

For bicyclists: this is your lawyer!

Getting run over on my bike was a traumatic experience that left me devastated and uncertain for the future. I wanted to seek recourse and rehabilitation but my past experience with doctors, lawyers, and insurance companies had been less then pleasant. Thank god for finding Josh. Josh himself is a pa...tient and compassionate attorney and his staff is top notch. To say I was in a shaken state when I first walked into his office is an understatement but Josh and his staff not only made me feel looked after and supported, they helped me find doctors and therapist that brought me closer to my former self. I can not stress enough how helpful and professional Josh and his team were 100% of the way. I only wish I could go back to my former self right before walking through their doors and tell them their making the right choice and that they are in safe hands.
