I was t-boned at a stop sign making a left turn with two passengers in my vehicle. Unfortunately one of my passengres was rushed to emergency. Initially I opted to deal with this mess on my own, but I later realized I was in over my head. A quick google search told me just how difficult cases like ...mine would be without a professional. I have to say I am very thankful that my yelp search allowed me to find the right law office that took care of my case. My case was definitely not a life threatening one. I had an auto accident with Chinese tourists. My boyfriend and I were going straight on a green, and the other party hit our car t...rying to make a right turn. The police report stated the same thing. Unfortunately, I had a terrible attorney who took care of this case. He did not do anything to help us find the right doctor, he claimed that the police report could not be found and whatnot. I had to call the different police departments to retrieve the police report. Even then, my attorney did not take care of the case. I felt like my first attorney would not make a proper effort to file things before the statute of limitations pass. If I remember correctly, I brought my case with approximately 3 months to file everything before the limits pass. I worked closely with Daniel Bald, who works for Brian Breiter's law office. His first concern was to make sure that we were comfortable. We went to see a physician who confirmed that we were fine. Daniel sent us some forms to fill in, but other than that everything was handled exclusively by Daniel. I asked questions to Daniel frequently as I was worried about both my boyfriend and I leaving the country before the case closes. He assured us that everything will work out and it did. Not once did Daniel not respond to my numerous questions. He was always willing to listen and help us out. He gave us good estimates of how our case would end up. I am truly grateful that I found this law office. There clearly is a reason as to why this specific law office has so many great reviews.
