Navid and his team have been commendable in my journey to getting the PERM through. They are so seamless with the communication on each and every step that makes you feel confident about his. Navid was already a friend, and so I knew that he is a kind, smart, and caring person. I also knew he had a gret reputation, but I had never worked with him before. We needed an immigration lawyer to help with immigration I-601 and I-212 waivers and other advice. In short, Navid is amazing. The... immigration process is confusing, and Navid and his team professionally brought us through the entire process, did an amazing job on our papers (which were complicated), and were always so pleasant to work with. Most significantly - and the reason you need a good lawyer -- is Navid caught an issue that two other lawyers we first consulted with didn't catch AND that the immigration officer didn't catch (at first). Had Navid not caught the issue, and advised us accordingly, it could have set us back by months or caused problems down the line. He is diligent and thorough, which I think is rare among immigration attorneys. I highly recommend Navid and his team. The immigration process is confusing and painful (and I'm a lawyer!), but Navid and his team made it much less so, and I am truly grateful to them.
